Before joining this course and meeting my trainer I was nervous ... but now I feel much more confident. [...] To me the course was honestly amazing. I had a really fun time doing the course. [...] My trainer created this safe and fun environment for all of us and he was more like a helpful friend than a teacher. The support and help has been amazing compared to some of the bigger RTOs I have worked with in the past and I cannot express enough gratitude to you and your team in how much I appreciate that you are not like them. You let me work at my own pace, you extended the work time for me to give me the 6 extra months I needed because of my injuries to complete the course and you were there every time I needed support within one day with the answers, no matter if it was a tech question, or clarifying assignment issues like those that arose with the Medical Transcription service. I could not recommend you more highly to friends and family that wish to retrain in another area or increase their knowledge in an area they are already working in. The course was pretty straight forward and for the parts I got stuck on, the teachers were just a message away and always replied solving my questions.
